SidePanel.eu offers side panels for vintage audio equipment in a range of materials, finishes, and configurations.
Product descriptions provide information about available options. Customers are responsible for checking the selected dimensions, materials, finishes, and other specifications before placing an order.
Some products may be made to order or customized according to the customer’s requirements. Production and delivery times may vary depending on the product and order details.
3. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Online card payment: Payments are processed through NETOPIA Payments, subject to the payment options available at checkout.
- Bank transfer: Where this option is available, customers may pay by bank transfer using the order number as the payment reference.
Orders requiring advance payment will be processed once the payment has been received and confirmed.
Payment processing is subject to the applicable security procedures and terms of the payment service provider. We do not request or store your complete card details on our website.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery time: Depending on the product, order requirements, and destination, delivery may take up to four weeks. We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Shipping costs: Shipping charges are calculated according to the destination, parcel dimensions and weight, and the number of items ordered. The applicable cost will be displayed at checkout where automatic calculation is available. If a shipping quotation is required, we will contact you before dispatch.
Delivery services: We use suitable shipping carriers, such as DHL or DPD, depending on the destination and order.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed otherwise.

5. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@sidepanel.eu.
We will consider the request based on the current order status. Orders that have already entered production, have been customized, or have been dispatched may be subject to limitations, where permitted by law.
Nothing in this section limits any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights available to consumers.
If we cancel an order, we will notify you and refund any payments received for that order in accordance with applicable law.
6. Returns and Refunds
Consumers purchasing online may have a statutory right to withdraw from an eligible purchase within 14 days of delivery, subject to applicable legal conditions and exceptions.
SidePanel.eu also offers a voluntary 30-day return period for eligible items, subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Custom-made or personalized products may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where the legal requirements for this exception are met. This does not affect statutory rights relating to defective, damaged, or non-conforming products.
Where permitted by law, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning an item if they have been informed of this before purchase.

Online card payments are processed through NETOPIA Payments when this payment option is selected. Payment transactions are subject to the relevant security procedures and privacy terms of the payment service provider.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to applicable law. Consumers residing in the European Union retain any mandatory consumer protections applicable to their purchases.
Nothing in these terms is intended to deprive consumers of rights granted by mandatory law.

AUDIO VINTAGE S.R.L. sells the products directly to customers in its own name and on its own behalf. SidePanel.eu is not a third-party marketplace, and AUDIO VINTAGE S.R.L. does not act as an intermediary or agent for other sellers.
