Order Processing and Delivery Time
Each order is carefully prepared and checked before dispatch. The maximum processing and delivery timeframe may be up to four weeks, depending on the product, order size and destination. Many orders are dispatched sooner.
We will notify you when your order has been shipped.
Shipping Carriers
We use established international courier services, including DHL and DPD, depending on the destination, parcel size and availability.
The available shipping method will depend on the delivery address and the size of your order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the destination country, parcel weight, dimensions and number of side panels ordered.
For eligible orders, the shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Multiple-pair orders: Shipping costs can be significantly higher when ordering several pairs of side panels. If the final shipping cost cannot be calculated automatically at checkout, we will contact you with a shipping quote before dispatch.
Shipping outside the European Union: International shipping costs may be higher and may require an individual quote. Where the final cost cannot be calculated at checkout, we will inform you of the applicable shipping charge before dispatch.
Any additional shipping charge requiring your approval must be agreed upon before it is charged.
International Shipping, Customs and Taxes
We offer international shipping to selected destinations using DHL and DPD.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, courier service and customs procedures.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and other charges imposed by the destination country may apply. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Customers should check the applicable import requirements and charges before placing an order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation and tracking details where available.
You can use the tracking information provided by the courier to follow your parcel.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@sidepanel.eu.
Cancellation requests are subject to the order’s processing status and applicable consumer protection laws. If an order has already been dispatched or custom production has begun, additional conditions may apply, where legally permitted.
Where a refund is due, it will be processed in accordance with applicable law. We do not charge consumers a separate payment-processing fee for refunds where such a charge is prohibited by law.
Returns and Refunds
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable legal conditions and exceptions.
Where the customer exercises a valid right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, provided this responsibility was communicated before the purchase.
Products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where the applicable legal requirements are met.
This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is defective, damaged or does not conform to the contract.

We do not offer personal collection. Orders must be shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer.
